The original page was a four-field form — first name, last name, email, support request — posting to the company’s server. There is no server here, so this form checks itself and then opens the message in your own email app, addressed to the address the company published.

The app is no longer on the App Store and the site is parked, so there is no dashboard to log into. A written request to the address above is the only route the company ever published — and the one its privacy policy names for access requests.
